For years, I bounced between restrictive eating and yo-yo dieting, desperately trying to regain control, yet feeling more disconnected from myself and my body. My energy was depleted, my mood was unpredictable, and my confidence slowly crumbled.”

That passion led me to pursue formal education, earn my diploma, and become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Today, I blend evidence-based nutrition with mindful movement to support women in feeling healthier, stronger, and more connected to their bodies."
